Björn Früh advises national and international technology companies, industrial enterprises, software providers and public institutions on all legal issues in the areas of IT, data protection and e-commerce. His advisory activities include legal support for digital business models in B2C and B2B as well as the negotiation and drafting of complex IT project contracts. In addition, he advises clients on the practical implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other aspects of data privacy compliance.
Both during his scientific work at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition (MPI) and during his major studies, Björn Früh dealt with intellectual property and competition law. Due to his many years of work as a freelance IT developer, in addition to his legal expertise, he also has an in-depth understanding of the technical issues that arise in software projects.
Björn Früh has been a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) since 2018 and a specialist lawyer for information technology law since 2020.
